Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all orders are processed and shipped within five business days after being placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders that have been combined by customer request will be shipped within five business days of the date in which they are combined, which may not necessarily be the date of the original orders.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance for the full value of the order. The following shipping options are available for domestic customers, with specific rates calculated at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage
- Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority Mail
International Shipping (Outside United States)
For customers outside the United States, all orders are tracked and shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, DHL E-Commerce Shipping, or UPS international shipping. LFMinifigs reserves the right to change shipping services at any time.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with customs, including tariffs, import duties, and any other charges or fees.
Order Combinations
For customers within the United States, customers may request two or more orders to be combined for shipping. To be eligible for combination, all relevant orders must be unfulfilled without a tracking number or shipping label. All orders must also be tied to the same shipping address.
To request for orders to be combined, please email LFMinifigs@gmail.com or fill out the contact form on our website, and include the relevant order numbers. Once orders are combined, all additional shipping costs will be refunded as store credit. For individual orders under $10 that are combined, a small fee of no more than $1.99 may be deducted from the shipping refund to cover the additional transaction fees associated with multiple payments. Please note that combined orders waive their right to shipping insurance.
At this time, international orders cannot be combined.
Preorders
Items with "PREORDER" in the title are pending delivery from the manufacturer. Any order containing preorder items will be shipped once the preorder items have arrived, which may be outside the standard five business day fulfillment time.
Invalid and Incorrect Addresses
In some cases, customers accidentally enter invalid or incorrectly formatted address at checkout. If an address is flagged as invalid by our system, we may reach out to the customer for clarification prior to shipping. In this event, orders may be shipped outside the standard five business day window.
If an order is shipped to an invalid or incorrect customer address and this is due to the customer incorrectly entering their address at checkout, the customer may request a store credit refund for the value of the order minus shipping costs. Alternatively, the customer may request for the order to be reshipped to the correct address, in which case the customer must pay an additional shipping charge. In either case, the refund or reshipment will occur once we receive the return shipment from the carrier.
If you notice that your address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us ASAP so that we can fix it prior to shipping.
