Q: When will my items ship? 

A: All orders ship within two business days of purchase. If there is an issue with shipping your order on time, you will be contacted promptly. 

Q: What condition are your items in? 

A: Everything listed is in new condition unless otherwise stated, meaning that it was never played with, displayed, or otherwise damaged. If an item is used, it will be stated in the item description. 

Q: I have a problem with my order. 

A: Please reach out via email to resolve the issue. 

Q: Do you take returns? 

A: Once shipped, all sales are final. If you want to cancel your order before shipping, contact us ASAP. Note that a 10% restocking fee is applied to refunded orders.

Q: Can I add items to my order or remove something? 

A: Yes, please get in contact through email.
