Terms and Conditions
Shipping and Handling
All orders ship within five business days of purchase. If there is an issue with shipping your order on time, you will be contacted. Please note that the shipping time you select at checkout does not include our five-business-day handling time. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if we are contacted before they are packed and shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Refunds for order cancellations are provided as store credit, not cash.
Returns
Once shipped, orders are not eligible for return or refund, unless products arrive in damaged or defective condition. If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us ASAP and we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Item Condition
All items are in new/excellent condition. If you receive an item that is not in satisfactory condition, please contact us ASAP.
Order Problems
Please reach out via email (LFMinifigs@gmail.com) to resolve the issue. Damaged/defective products are eligible for a refund/replacement at our discretion.
Adding/Removing Items
If you want to edit an order (adding/removing products), please contact us ASAP (LFMinifigs@gmail.com) so we can make the changes before your order is packed. Once your order is packed, it cannot be changed.
Preorders
All preorders will have an expected shipping date/window in the item description. Note that if you purchase a preorder and other items together, all of your items will ship with the preorder. Note that shipping dates provided in preorder descriptions are estimates, and not 100% guaranteed.
Combined Shipping
Orders can be combined if we are notified before your orders are packed. Please reach out to us ASAP, and we will refund the duplicate shipping and combine your orders.
