Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Customers can request to cancel any unshipped orders. To request an order cancellation, please email LFMinifigs@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website. Order cancellation requests sent over Instagram or other platforms may not be seen. Once an order has been cancelled, store credit will be issued to the original customer account for the full value of the order. Once an order has a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
At this time, LFMinifigs does not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Refunds
All customer-requested refunds and cancellations are processed as store credit due to the unrecoverable transaction fees associated with card and PayPal payments. LFMinifigs reserves the right to issue refunds to the original payment method if a customer has extenuating circumstances, but small fees may be applied.
Damaged Items
Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive any incorrect or defective items so that we can make it right. In the event of a refund being issued for a defective or incorrect item, the customer reserves the right to receive a full refund for the item value to the original payment method instead of as store credit.
